The third project is a 26 unit apartment located on the corner of Bedford Avenue and Madison Street, Brooklyn. The units consist of 6 studios, 8 one bedrooms, 8 two bedrooms, and 4 three bedrooms. The studios and one bedrooms are flats, the two bedrooms and three bedrooms are duplexes. There are shared public spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The project’s key concept is it’s horizontal circulation over looking Bedford, and facade informed by the structural grid.
