Four Unit Apartment Building, Fall 2021, Third Year
This project begins with a hypothetical site that mimics a typical Brooklyn brownstone condition. The building program consists of two 1 bedroom apartments, and two 2 bedroom apartments. In this building, I created an interlocking program through double heighted spaces. The building also features a grand public stairway with glazing that allows secondary light into the units.
